Clients tend to have very high expectations… like either they want to sell/buy or not. Being a Realtor is basically an audition.

Hi Jackie! Thanks for all your great videos. I listen to you all the time. I do have a questions about pre-qualifying FSBOs...when you ask the pre-qual question "at the end of our meeting, if you are confident that hiring me is the best decision you can make, will you be ready to list your home with me?" And the FSBO says no I'm just not going to be ready to list...do you still go on that appointment? And Is there anything to look for in the pre-qual to make you not go on that appointment to help save my time?
